Please find below a selection of well-being activities to help you have a restful, creative, or reflective Friday. Each Friday, a new set of activities will be published for you to choose as many or as few to complete as you wish. We hope you enjoy!
STEM challenges – James Dyson Foundation
This charitable foundation was set up to inspire future engineers. They have created a series of STEM challenges for children to either try at home or school.Challenge cards
Spend time today on your favourite hobby – this could be something crafty, or something active, or something calming and restful – whatever you choose!
Easy banana pancakes
Turn overripe, blackened bananas into sweet, fluffy American-style pancakes. Serve with syrup and crunchy, toasted pecan nuts as a delicious brunch treat. recipe
‘Ten Pieces’ is a wonderful way to get children excited about and creative with classical music.
Harry Potter or Frozen Yoga
Fancy a different yoga activity today? Then try one of the Cosmic Kids themed yoga workouts. Try, ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’ or ‘Frozen’.

Have a look at your virtual sports day scores from earlier in the week. Try a couple of the activities again and see if you can improve your scores with a bit more practice.
